Herbs for Stress: A Hands-On Tea Blending Experience
Stress is everywhere right now—and many of us are feeling it in our bodies, sleep, mood, and energy more than ever.
Join Dr. Sarah Jeffrey, ND and Dr. Luciana Silva, ND of Aya Naturopathic Medicine for a cozy, hands-on evening at Board, where we’ll explore practical, natural ways to support your nervous system using herbs.
We’ll begin with a clear, approachable look at the science of stress—what’s happening in your nervous system, why stress can feel so hard to shake, and how specific herbs can help your body find its way back to calm.
From there, you’ll be guided through creating your own personalized stress-relief tea blend, learning:
-
How stress shows up differently for different people
-
Which herbs support calm, resilience, and nervous system regulation
-
Simple principles for blending teas so you can confidently make more at home
During the workshop, Board will feature a special stress-relief mocktail, designed to complement the evening and add to the relaxed, welcoming vibe.
You’ll leave with:
-
A 4 oz custom tea blend you made yourself
-
The knowledge to recreate and experiment with stress-supportive teas in the future
-
Practical tools you can start using right away in a very stressful world
No prior experience with herbs is needed—just come as you are and enjoy a warm, grounding evening of learning, connection, and tea.
