Frequently Asked Questions

Can you see me?
We are licensed to provide care in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and California. You’re welcome to visit us in person at our New Hampshire office or connect with us virtually from the comfort of your home. We understand that naturopathic doctors may be hard to find in some areas, so we’re also here to support patients in unlicensed states or countries as health coaches, offering guidance to help you on your path to wellness.
Do you take insurance?
We are not contracted with any insurance providers, which allows us to focus fully on your health goals without the restrictions that insurance companies can impose. However, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill—a detailed breakdown of charges and treatment codes—that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Insurance providers may cover labs that we order, so we recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm coverage for labs and to understand your overall benefits before your appointment. You’re also welcome to use an HSA/FSA card for our services.
Can you be my primary care physician?
While we’re trained as primary care physicians, we choose to practice in an adjunctive care role. Our focus is on health optimization and preventive medicine, which is why we ask that all patients have an established PCP for routine health maintenance. We excel in helping you achieve your wellness goals through a more personalized, holistic approach to care.
Do you offer any discounts or sliding scales?

Yes, we do! We believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. For those who may find our services out of reach, we offer a sliding scale to a select number of patients. If you’d like to be considered, please fill out this form, and we’ll get in touch to schedule a discovery call so we can discuss your needs further.
