Come explore all that SHEI (Sunset Hill Educational Institute) has to offer during this family-friendly afternoon of community, connection, and hands-on fun. Dr. Sarah Jeffrey will be offering complimentary craniosacral mini sessions and will be available to chat about what naturopathic care is—and how it can support your health.

The event is open house style, with activities running throughout the afternoon including:

• 🌱 Victory garden planting + permaculture education
