  • The connection between stress, digestion, hormones, and sleep
  • Practical ways to shift your body into a calmer, more regulated state

This session includes:

  • Guided breathwork to support vagal tone and nervous system regulation
  • Herbal tea tasting featuring calming, supportive botanicals

You’ll leave with tools you can use in real time to feel more grounded, regulated, and in control.
